Element Fire was ready to move beyond the look and feel of a typical online store. As a company selling innovative clean-agent fire extinguishers, they needed a website that matched the quality of their product, supported their new brand identity, and created a shopping experience worthy of a premium safety brand.

 We rebuilt the entire eCommerce presence with two goals: 

 Position Element Fire as a premium, category-defining brand and turn its website into a high-performing sales engine. 

Using the AIDA framework as the backbone of the design strategy, we transformed the customer buying journey from start to finish:

  • Attention: Bold visuals, modern layouts, and high-impact messaging that immediately communicate trust and innovation

  • Interest: Clear education on the limitations and hazards of traditional extinguishers, positioning Element Fire as the better, cleaner, smarter alternative

  • Desire: Value-driven copy and visual storytelling that make the product feel essential for home, auto, and workplace protection

  • Action: Simplified navigation, frictionless product pages, optimized CTAs, and a streamlined checkout flow
